VoIPLine Telecom Support

3.1.3 Update

  • Browser and desktop Webphone:
    • Answering an incoming call on behalf of another user
      • Now, when another user receives an incoming call and that user is in your Webphone contacts, an indication will appear with information about who is calling. You will have the option to answer the call
        • This is useful, for example, if you work in an office and know that your colleague has stepped away or is currently unable to take a call
      • In the settings for the User object in the PBX, you can configure a restriction that prevents other users from viewing and accepting incoming calls for that specific user
      • Additionally, you can disable this feature in the Webphone settings to prevent the display of other users' incoming calls
    • Now the button for sending an SMS to a number/contact is displayed everywhere
      • No more copying the number and going to the SMS tab
    • Various improvements for voicemail service:
      • If a user has access to multiple voicemails, they are now sorted alphabetically
      • The voicemail receipt date is now displayed in the same format as in the call history (time if received today; day of the week if within the last 7 days; full date if older).
      • If you start listening to an unread message, it will automatically be marked as read, eliminating the need to do it manually
  • The queue wallboard can now be launched on built-in TV browsers
  • PBX search has been significantly improved
    • If you have a very large call flow and need to find something specific, the search now also looks for internal numbers, ring mode names, phone numbers in the settings of other objects, and objects added to other objects
