Registering Phone:
In order to register your phone, navigate to your “Devices” page in PBX in order to obtain credentials.
Note down the details above
- In the “Username” and “Authentication User” field put in your Username from the PBX
- In the “Authentication Password” field put in your Password from PBX
- In the Server Address, put in the first part of the Domain from PBX (The one before the colon)
- In the “Server Port” field, put in the port from the domain section (After the colon)
- Set the transport protocol to TCP. We recommend setting “Registration Expiration” to 120
- Click “Apply”
Your phone should now be registered and able to make calls
DTMF Settings:
On occasion, you might find that when prompted to press a specific number during a call, the number you input does not register correct. In that case, you will need to change DTMF settings.
To change to DTMF settings, navigate to “Phone Settings”, and select “Tone”
Then in the “Select Your Tone” select your country
Finally, click “Apply”
Time and Timezone settings:
To change displayed time, go to “Phone Settings”, and select “Time/Date”.
On the page, select your time zone in the “Time zone field”
If you live in an area affected by daylight savings, under “Daylight Saving Time Settings”, select your location, and set “DST Set Type” to Automatic
