3.2.6 Update

  • A major update to the ‘Reports’ tab
    • New report: SMS history
    • The ‘Calls by user’ statistic has been added to the ‘Ring group statistics’ report
    • Filters are no longer cleared when you switch between different reports 
    • Filters have been added to the ‘Overview’ report 
    • A new ‘Call status’ filter has been added to the ‘Call history’ and ‘Overview’ reports
      • You can now quickly find answered and missed/not answered calls 
    • The ‘Caller ID prefix’ filter now displays the prefixes configured in the PBX
      • There’s no need to enter the text manually  
    • The ‘Time range’ filter is now displayed in the PDF version of reports
    • Some filters that were previously available only in certain reports have now been added to other reports
    • And a number of minor UI improvements
  • PBX
    • ‘Voicemail’ and ‘Call flow control’ objects
      • The setting ‘All Webphone users have access to this object’ has been added
    • Opus codec
      • We have added the Opus codec as the preferred codec for calls. This is one of the most advanced codecs available: it delivers excellent voice quality and automatically adapts to network conditions
      • The quality of internal calls between users has improved significantly. However, the quality of calls to and from external numbers will remain the same, as upstream providers still only support the G.711 codec
  • Browser and desktop Webphone
    • It is now possible to enter DTMF tones during calls on two lines simultaneously
