VoIPLine Telecom Support

3.2.9 Update

  • Introducing a new object in the PBX called ‘Contact match’
    • When a call passes through the object, it checks the specified phonebooks for a matching contact. If a contact is found, the call follows the ‘Matches’ path; if not, it follows the ‘Doesn’t match’ path
    • This feature is useful when you want to route calls from specific contacts differently
  • All available paths are now visible on object widgets at a glance, so you won't miss any useful features and can get the most out of our phone system
  • You can now add objects to the call flow by clicking the plus sign in the objects menu, instead of having to drag and drop them
  • Emails sent from the PBX now have a clean, fresh design
  • Browser and desktop Webphone
    • Previously, if a voicemail message was accessible to multiple users and someone had already listened to it, the notification would still appear for other users
    • Now, when someone listens to or deletes a voicemail message, the notification automatically disappears for other users
