How to Block Specific Inbound Numbers

In this article

Introduction

The blocklist feature allows you to block incoming calls from specific numbers. Any incoming calls that match the caller IDs on the blocklist object will be disconnected automatically.

Configuring a PBX blocklist

Firstly, head to the PBX tab to drag and drop “Blocklist” object. Once the object is added, go to its settings.

Within the object settings, give a name to the object and click add number. You can block callers without any caller IDs displayed by selecting “block anonymous calls”.

Then, enter the number(s) you would like to block, click add, and then save.

Connect your objects, and click apply configuration to save your new setup.
